Employer Branding Creative Concept
This creative concept was developed to refresh and unify Ivy Rehab’s employer brand across orthopedic and pediatric divisions. I led concept development, partnered with the MARCOM team to build the messaging system, and worked cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition and HR to shape the brand pillars. Designed for both paid and organic media, this new creative direction is currently outperforming previous campaigns and is gaining traction as the new face of Ivy’s talent brand.
